Lease Agreement
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Carts are picked up between 9:30Am and noon on pickup day.
- Carts must be fully charged and/or full of fuel upon pickup or a $20 charge will occur.
- Lessee is responsible for any and all damages, fire or theft that occurs while in their possession.
- Licensed drivers 16 years and older are permitted to drive carts.
- All carts must be picked up at delivery address.
- Sea Island Carts will not be held responsible for any liability sustained as a result of negligence of lessee’s employee agents, officers or third parts as a result of the use of the cart(s) listed in the lease.
- No tampering or altering of any engine part. No replacement is allowed unless replaced by a Sea Island Cart employee.
- Lessee is responsible for all damages to golf cart(s) other than normal wear.
- GOLF CARTS ARE NOT TO BE RIDDEN ON THE BEACH.
